Slackers unite!!
Sorry I have not blogged for a while!! My kids have been sick pretty much all week.... I had a young women with a hair issue (trust me you don't want to hear the long story!!) and I have been of course... quilting!!! What else can you do when your kids are sick and you are home all day!! Other than that, I have been focused on keeping Preston alive!!! His newest hobby is walking back and forth in front of 12 hardwood stairs (by the way he laughs and laughs as he passes them!) He is becoming a pretty good little walker but, not that good!!

What do I have to do to get myself one of those quilts? Just kidding, I know what I have to do, I have to get my tookus in gear and finish the ones I've already started and work on some new ones. Summer 2010, Summer 2010. Where would you like to go the summer of 2010, because I will go anywhere, just so long as I go somewhere!!
Somewhere fun with a lot of people so we can party like it's 1999, and by party I mean celebrate the fact that I will be done with school, and James will be done with school!! See, lots of wonderful things to celebrate. Then I will join in the quilting fun!!

Yeah!! Summer 2010!! We graduate too!! Where we going?? Just kidding... we are leading similar lives-- first Lucy and the stairs, and now she's had a fever all weekend. Bummer. Hope your kids are feeling better soon!!

Hey! I haven't read the uglies, who is the author? I am always looking for good new books!
Oh, and by the way, Stephenie Meyer is coming out with a new book in May called The Host, I believe. You can read a chapter on her website. It seems pretty good, I am excited. But not as excited for New Dawn in August!
