Rock climbing!

Few words are needed for this post, we went rock climbing on labor day and had a blast!!  It's a SERIOUS workout, I tell ya!  It was crazy fun and we can't wait to go again!!!

It IS a good work out!! I remember I couldn't close my hands for like 3 days my fingers were so sore! You guys are brave!
