Memorial weekend!

Memorial weekend was a blast!! We took the kids to the cemetery on Sunday and walked around (we even ran into some relatives) we talked to the kids about this holiday and what it represents. We went over to the war memorial and I was surprised by my emotional reaction to it. So many flags for just one little city, I am filled with gratitude and appreciation for all of those who have lost their lives for our freedom. The next morning we got up early and headed out for breakfast, then onto Evan and Kelly's for some 4-wheeling fun!!! We rode around for about 4 hours and went through some pretty hairy/scary/fun times! It was a BLAST!!! Then he headed home cleaned up and went to the BBQ at Allison's. So much fun!
There are a few James Wylie Thomas's there!
Spanish Fork cemetery

Breakfast at Magleby's yumm-o!

Preston with egg on his face!

Getting all ready!

Geared-up and ready for our 4 hour ride!

Feeling a little saddle-sore we stopped to let the kids run around a bit!

Pressy-boy who loved 'driving' the 4-wheeler!

I know I look a little beat-down but this is T-bone and I on top of the mountain we hiked!

Yeah, T-bone and I hiked up that!

Headed home down the big hills!
(It tickled my tummy like a roller coaster!)

Silly little boys!

Goofy girls at the BBQ!

What a great day! Glad it was so much fun and uneventful. I love the braids! That park looked like way to much fun, we will have to go when we are down next the kids would be disappointed with me if I didn't let them play there.
