Elf on a Shelf!

We started a new tradition (which is so great I want to share it!)  We picked up The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition with Blue Eyed North Pole Pixie-Elf and my kids are OBSESSED!!!  It has the most darling story about the elf that reports to Santa each night if they have been naught or nice, then flies back and hides in a new place!!!  Here is our little elf the kids named Krinkle...
Here he is watching over the kids (the kids are not suppose to touch him or he will lose his magic!)

The cute book it comes with (here is to hoping that this little elf can keep Pressy out of trouble!)

Thanksgiving!

"Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday....no costumes, no suitcases, no gifts, no basket grass and half-eaten marshmallow eggs, no flags to fly, no pageants to prepare. Just friends and family bowed together before Heavenly Father." - Katherine Wirthlin Cannon
