Crossfit FUN!!!

James and I both joined crossfit we have been going faithfully at least 3 times a week (me usually 4 or 5).  What I have learned in the past 2 months...
I am always sore!
I am out of shape!
I can do a handstand!
I can walk on the floor like a crab!
I can do pull ups (with some assistance)!
I love torture!

We also started trying to eat healthier by going on a modified version on the Paleo diet.  So far the results are great I have lost 10 pounds!  Paleo introduced me to this little gem...
So good!

That's my alarm for crossfit, commitment people that's what that is!
