Ice Skating!

We 'thought' it would be a good idea to take the kids ice skating last weekend.  We had to hold Violet and Preston up almost the entire time and my back was in massive pain by the end.  The good news is I got a good workout and the kids LOVED it and are asking to go back already!

My baby is TWO I am still not sure how that happened!  She wanted a 'Dora Party' and so I threw together a little party for her!

Dorothy Turns 7!

Where has the time gone?  My little girl is growing up so much!  She turned 7 last week and had a 'Tangled' party.  She sent out 18 invitations and we had 21 show up, the girls had tons of fun and I was EXHAUSTED afterwards!!!

Happy New Years!

We really love this holiday!  This year we had cheese fondue and ribs (from Texas Roadhouse and yes they were AMAZING!)  We spent the night playing games, rock band, planning our upcoming trip, and staying up till 3!!

More Christmas festivites!

We had our Mickelsen family Christmas party, we read and acted out the Nativity, had our testimony meeting and enjoyed good food and good company!

After we flew back from Arizona we went to Logan to pick up the kids, and then headed back towards home.  We stopped on the way for a late lunch at Tepanyaki Steakhouse to celebrate James 34th birthday!
