Our Pinkalicious Day!!

Well today we decided to hit the bookstore (thanks Heidi for the idea!) We had fun choosing a bunch of books and then reading them all!!! Then of course came the hard part: deciding on which one we would take home. Dorothy choose the book "That's not my monster" for Preston and for her... She choose a book called "Pinkalicious" Dorothy just fell in love with this book!! It tells the story of a girl who makes pink cupcakes with her Mom and then eats too many and wakes up pink! She sneaks another one and wakes up red.... She has to eat her vegetables to get back to her natural color, therefore teaching children how important vegetables are I guess?? Anyways, all the way home from Barnes and Noble Dorothy was asking if we could "pleeeeeeeeease make pink cupcakes?" I gave in and we did. It was a lot of fun!!! The only problem is that now she is afraid of eating too many and turning pink!! :) Here are some pictures of the fun and our creations!!
