More soccer!

Dorothy's soccer team 'The Chick-a-dee's' has been undefeated this season!!  Dorothy is such a good little soccer player (once again not from me!)  She has score a goal almost every game.  She NEVER want to be the 'goalie' only play forward!!!  It's so fun to watch her play!

Our fall drive!

Every year we drive up the canyon to enjoy the fall foliage!  It was beautiful and the main reason I love fall!!  Here are some pictures of the fun!

The Lion King

Last night we saw 'TheLion King' it was amazing!  I felt the spirit so many times during the show, and was blown away by the costumes!  I love the themes during the show: that we are children of The King, we have greatness within all of us.  Our Father is always there for us, we are never alone.  When we don't do what's right, there is always forgiveness.  At the end of the show Simba climbs pride rock to re-claim his place as king and heir to the throne.  Redemption finally comes to a king who was once so lost and afraid, it was magnificent!!

We ate at Zupas before the show!

My brother kept telling me how much he was loving "Girls night out" with dinner at Zupas and then a Broadway show!

Dorothy had picture day last friday, she spent hours getting ready!!  She picked out this outfit all by herself, and planned her hair-do!!

Rock climbing!

Few words are needed for this post, we went rock climbing on labor day and had a blast!!  It's a SERIOUS workout, I tell ya!  It was crazy fun and we can't wait to go again!!!

We planted a garden in May...

Sage, basil, dill and cilantro.

Every week I get 3 of these...

and have been making salsa, and crushed tomatoes!

We also got some of these...

and made a TON of this to enjoy all winter long!!!

My sweet thoughtful Dorothy planned a 'surprise' party for my birthday!!!  James knows how much 'I love surprizes' said sarcastically, and informed me of the party!  We had a wonderful dinner and of course yummy cake (which James baked all by himself!!!)  It was a wonderful party!!!
